Leggi tutto...On January 23rd, 2006, the French Parliament passed a comprehensive anti-terror bill which included an amendment specifically aimed at football supporters.

Article 31 of the bill gave prefectures the power to issue administrative stadium bans. The ostensible purpose of these interdictions administratives de stade (IAS) was to provide local authorities with the ability to combat hooliganism without waiting for the judgement of a court.

There was an overwhelming response by a total of 2000 visitors.

Leggi tutto...Anche quest'anno, FSE chiede ai tifosi che vanno in trasferta di condividere le loro esperienze all'estero compilando il “FSE Away Fans Survey” (Sondaggio su i Tifosi in Trasferta).

I tifosi di calcio devono affrontare diverse sfide quando si recano all’estero per seguire la propria squadra nelle trasferte europee, dagli orari delle partite comunicati in ritardo alle richieste di visto, i prezzi dei biglietti o i diversi tipi di controlli della polizia. Al fine di raggiungere un miglioramento della situazione per i tifosi in trasferta, Football Supporters Europe (in collaborazione con FanVox) ha lanciato nel 2017 un sondaggio per monitorare le condizioni nei settori dei tifosi in trasferta.

Leggi tutto...Since April 2017 a team of nearly 70 volunteers has been working on this unique exhibition on female football fans which now will go on a tour throughout Europe.

The exhibition tour starts on 8 September (St. Pauli Museum / Hamburg) including various events related to the topic. The full program and further information on the exhibition itself can be found here. Tour dates are already set until March 2019, further applications to host the exhibition (up until October 2019) have been placed already.

Leggi tutto...From 19 to 22 July 2018, supporters representatives from over 20 European countries met in the Asturian seaside city for the second edition of FSE’s Summer Network Meeting.

The 2018 edition was hosted by UNIPES - the second largest coordination of Peñas in Gijón with 42 member organisations, in association with the national umbrella organisation FASFE. Together they organised an extensive programme which allowed the participants to discover Spanish fan activism, discuss the common challenges faced by all away fans in Spain and exchanges good practices based on various European experiences.

Football Supporters Europe, coordinator of the programme Fans’ Embassies at 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, is monitoring the level of safety, security and services of the tournament. The end of the first week of the competition provides the opportunity to carry out a preliminary assessment.

During the whole tournament, FSE is coordinating and facilitating a whole range of fans’ activities, with the support of the Russian Football Union, Rosturism and the host cities. The 1st week of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia has seen FSE member associations and partners organizing Fans’ Embassies, fanwalks and friendly matches between supporters in every host city of the competition. Fans and supporters’ organisations from 20 participating nations are involved in the project.
