DRAFT Agenda for the 2nd AGM of FSE

1. Appointment of the chair and the keeper of the minutes
2. Assessment of the presence of a quorum
3. Adoption of the agenda
4. Presentation of the report of activity for the season 2009/2010 and the financial report for 2009
5. Discharge of the FSE Committee
6. Discussion and voting on amendments to the statutes
7. Discussion and voting on resolutions submitted by FSE members
8. Election of the members of the FSE Committee for the season 2010/2011
9. Other
10. Presentation of the election result and the new FSE Committee
Official invitations to this AGM  will be sent out to all FSE members via email by 18 May 2010 at the very latest!

 

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The 2nd AGM of the Football Supporters Europe (FSE) network is open to all properly admitted members. Non-members registered as participants of the EFFC 2010 can attend the AGM as observers. To facilitate preparations and ensure that all guests are catered for, we'd kindly ask all FSE members that won't register for the EFFC 2010 but want to attend the AGM, to let us know about their attendance in advance, until 10 July at the latest.

 

Voting Rights

Please note that if you want to be entitled to vote and stand for elections at this 2nd AGM of FSE 2010, you need to join the network no later than 18 June 2010!

Only properly admitted members present at this AGM are entitled to vote - Membership with FSE is open to all national and local fans‘ groups/fans‘ organisations and initiatives in the fans‘ sector in Europe and to individuals who support our core principles and the statutes of the network. Membership is currently free of charge with voluntary membership fees only and can end at any time with the submission of a written statement to the FSE Coordinating Office.
